Terms & Conditions

North Crew General Contracting

By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms:

SERVICES

North Crew General Contracting provides lawn care, snow removal, and outdoor construction services. All work is performed based on the agreed scope, schedule, and site conditions at the time of service.

PROPERTY ACCESS

You are responsible for ensuring safe, clear access to your property during scheduled service times. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and disclosing all known hazards. Failure to provide safe access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

PAYMENTS

Invoices must be paid within the stated terms. Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension. Outstanding balances may be sent to collections.

SCHEDULING & DELAYS

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen conditions. We will communicate changes as soon as possible. Snow removal is triggered at a predetermined accumulation depth — bare pavement is not guaranteed at all times.

PROPERTY & DAMAGE

You are responsible for marking all underground utilities, irrigation systems, and concealed property features before service begins. North Crew is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items, pre-existing damage, or minor surface wear resulting from normal service operations.

CHANGES & TERMINATION

Changes to scope after approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. North Crew reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, inaccessible properties, or abusive behaviour toward staff.

SATISFACTION

If you are unsatisfied with a service, notify us within 48 hours. We will review and determine appropriate corrective action at our discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE

North Crew is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or labour shortages.
